Terms & User Agreement
Effective date: 06 September 2026 | Last updated: 06 September 2026
By registering, accessing or using SBS LOAD HUB, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, platform rules and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility and Authority
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding arrangements.
- If you use SBS LOAD HUB for a company/business, you represent that you are authorized to act for that business.
- Owners are responsible for staff access, permissions, branch assignments and actions performed through authorized staff accounts.
2. SBS LOAD HUB Is a Technology Platform Only
SBS LOAD HUB provides software tools for business discovery, load posting, private networking, bidding, trip workflows, communication, notifications, document sharing and related operational records.
SBS LOAD HUB does not itself accept, transport, carry, store, handle, insure, buy, sell, dispatch or deliver any cargo. A load, bid, award, vehicle placement, trip, chat, LR/POD, rating or other record on the Platform does not by itself create a carriage, brokerage, insurance, agency, partnership, employment, fiduciary or payment-guarantee obligation on SBS LOAD HUB.
Any commercial contract is between the applicable users/businesses. SBS LOAD HUB is not a party to that contract unless it expressly enters into a separate written agreement stating otherwise.
3. Independent User Responsibility and Due Diligence
Each user independently decides whom to deal with and is responsible for verifying counterparties, authority, business details, permits, licences, vehicle/driver information, documents, rates, payment terms, route feasibility, cargo requirements and any other matter relevant to the transaction.
Users must use their own judgment and, where appropriate, obtain independent legal, tax, insurance, compliance or commercial advice.
No listing, profile, SBS ID, document upload, Paper Clear/completion indication, rating, badge, trip status or platform availability should be treated as an SBS guarantee of identity, authenticity, creditworthiness, legality, reliability, payment ability or performance.
4. User-Uploaded Documents Are Not SBS Verification
Documents are uploaded by users for information/trust-sharing purposes. Unless a specific feature expressly states otherwise, SBS LOAD HUB does not independently authenticate or certify such documents. A user remains solely responsible for the truthfulness, legality and authority to upload/share a document.
Users must not upload forged, stolen, unlawfully obtained, irrelevant or unnecessarily sensitive material.
5. Loads, Bids, Awards and Vehicle Placement
- Load details are provided by the posting user/business.
- Bids/rates are provided by the bidding Agent/Transporter business.
- Award/acceptance is a business decision of the participating users.
- Users are responsible for confirming all commercial terms outside or within the permitted platform workflow before performance.
- SBS LOAD HUB does not guarantee that a load will be available, a vehicle will report, cargo will be ready, a bid will be honoured, or a trip will be completed.
6. Freight, Payment and Commercial Settlement
SBS LOAD HUB does not process, hold, guarantee, insure, collect or settle freight payments between users.
Advance, balance freight, detention/demurrage, loading/unloading charges, deductions, taxes, claims, recovery, cancellation amounts and other commercial payments are solely between the relevant users unless SBS later launches a separate expressly-described regulated payment feature under separate terms.
SBS LOAD HUB subscription charges are Platform usage fees only. They are separate from freight, vehicle, cargo, settlement or other payments between users.
If a counterparty fails to pay, delays payment, disputes an amount or becomes insolvent, the affected user must pursue the counterparty through their own contractual, civil, criminal, insurance or other lawful remedies. SBS LOAD HUB is not obligated to pay, reimburse, recover, mediate or settle such amounts.
6A. 30-Day Postpaid Usage Subscription
Separate subscription for each role
Subscription and usage are calculated separately for each active Owner + Role:
- Supplier — separate subscription and billing cycle;
- Agent — separate subscription and billing cycle;
- Transporter — separate subscription and billing cycle.
If the same Owner uses all three roles, each role has its own subscription and its own billing amount. Staff do not purchase a separate subscription. Staff activity is counted under the applicable Owner + Role.
Pricing per role per 30-day cycle
| Completed Trips | Cycle Amount |
|---|---|
| 0–100 completed trips | ₹499 |
| 101 completed trips | ₹505 |
| 102 completed trips | ₹510 |
| 103 completed trips | ₹515 |
| Above 100 | ₹5 × total completed trips |
| 1,000 completed trips | ₹5,000 for the applicable role and cycle |
The Platform's server records determine the canonical completed-trip count for billing. A completed Trip is counted once for the applicable business role and billing cycle, regardless of which authorized staff member performed the operational actions.
Billing-cycle timing
Each billing cycle is exactly 30 days from the server-recorded cycle start. It is not tied to the 30th or 31st calendar date.
AutoPay
Recurring debit requires a separately authorized, supported payment mandate. Subscription charges follow the completed-trip pricing above. Payment confirmation relies on verified provider records; bank settlement follows the provider's settlement schedule. SBS does not request your UPI PIN.
Supported banks, UPI apps and payment methods depend on the applicable payment provider. Users must never share a UPI PIN, bank PIN, card PIN or payment OTP with SBS LOAD HUB.
Payment reminder
SBS LOAD HUB may send an in-app or push reminder approximately 24 hours before payment becomes due or is expected to be debited. The applicable bank, UPI app or payment provider may also send its own pre-debit notification.
Payment overdue
If payment for a role becomes overdue or is not successfully confirmed, SBS LOAD HUB may apply a role-level usage lock.
- A locked Supplier role may be prevented from posting a new Load.
- A locked Agent or Transporter role may be prevented from placing a new Bid.
- Already-awarded or already-in-progress Trips will continue to operate.
- Existing-trip actions including Arrival, Delivery and authorized LR/POD handling will remain available.
The applicable role-level lock may be cleared after successful payment confirmation is received.
Cancellation and accrued charges
Cancelling or revoking an AutoPay mandate does not automatically erase a subscription amount already accrued or due for a 30-day cycle that has been used. Future billing is subject to the applicable subscription cancellation process and payment-provider rules.
Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by applicable law, the payment provider's rules and the circumstances of the transaction.
Platform subscription is not freight payment
SBS LOAD HUB subscription charges are solely fees for access to and use of the Platform. They are not freight charges, vehicle payments, cargo payments, insurance premiums, escrow deposits, settlements or payments between SBS users.
7. Cargo Loss, Damage, Theft, Accident, Delay and Non-Delivery
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SBS LOAD HUB is not responsible for cargo loss/damage, theft, shortage, contamination, accident, injury, death, vehicle breakdown, route interruption, delay, non-delivery, misdelivery, loading/unloading events, detention, seizure, penalties or any physical-world event arising from a transaction between users.
Responsibility for such events is determined between the actual parties and under applicable contracts, insurance policies and law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Trip Status, Location Links, LR and POD
Trip status entries are operational records based on user actions and confirmations. A live-location link or optional device-location input is supporting information only and is not guaranteed to be accurate, continuous, current or the actual vehicle/driver location.
LR/POD uploads and “completed” status are user-provided operational records. SBS LOAD HUB does not certify the legal sufficiency, authenticity, condition of goods, quantity, delivery acceptance or evidentiary value of an LR/POD.
Historical LR/POD access may remain available to the businesses that participated in the trip and currently-authorized applicable staff, subject to platform security rules.
9. Cancellation, Breakdown and Replacement
Cancellation, breakdown and vehicle/driver replacement records are user-generated operational events. The party initiating or accepting an action is responsible for its accuracy and consequences. SBS LOAD HUB does not determine compensation, penalty, blame or settlement arising from these events.
10. Chat and User-Generated Content
Users are responsible for all messages, documents, ratings and other content they submit. You must not upload, send, publish or share content that:
- belongs to another person without authority;
- is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, sexually exploitative, harmful to children, privacy-invasive, harassing, hateful or discriminatory;
- infringes intellectual-property or proprietary rights;
- impersonates another person or misrepresents origin/authority;
- is knowingly false, deceptive or misleading in a manner likely to cause harm;
- promotes money laundering, unlawful gambling, prohibited goods/services or other illegal activity;
- contains malware, malicious code or attempts to compromise another account/system;
- threatens public order, national security, sovereignty/integrity of India or otherwise violates applicable law.
Users must use available block/report tools where appropriate. SBS LOAD HUB may review reported content and may restrict, remove or preserve content/accounts as reasonably necessary for platform safety or legal compliance.
11. Ratings and Reviews
Ratings are submitted by users based on their own experience and may use fixed tags. They are opinions/experience signals, not SBS findings or legal conclusions. SBS LOAD HUB does not verify or adjudicate the truth of a rating merely because it appears on the Platform.
A platform moderation action related to a rating or report does not constitute a finding that fraud, crime, breach, negligence or other wrongdoing occurred.
12. Platform Safety Reports vs Commercial Disputes
SBS LOAD HUB may receive reports about account misuse, impersonation, prohibited content, technical abuse or platform-safety concerns. Such reports are for platform administration and may result in warnings, restrictions or suspension.
SBS LOAD HUB is not a commercial dispute-resolution forum. It does not investigate or decide freight-payment disputes, cargo claims, accident liability, contractual damages, settlement amounts, recovery, theft allegations or other private disputes between users.
13. Account Security
You are responsible for protecting your device, OTP, sign-in access and staff permissions. Do not share OTPs, UPI PINs, bank PINs, card PINs or other security codes. SBS LOAD HUB will not ask you to provide these payment credentials directly. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except to the extent caused by a security failure for which SBS LOAD HUB is legally responsible.
14. Suspension, Restriction and Removal
SBS LOAD HUB may restrict, suspend or terminate access, disable content or take other reasonable safety measures where it reasonably believes there is a violation of these Terms, applicable law, platform-security requirements or a material risk to users/Platform.
Such action is protective/administrative and does not itself determine civil or criminal liability.
15. No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an “as available” basis. SBS LOAD HUB does not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, continuous connectivity, successful matching, accuracy of user-provided information, commercial result, payment, delivery, vehicle availability, document authenticity or suitability of any user.
Scheduled/unscheduled outages, telecommunications failures, third-party service failures, force majeure and internet/device issues may affect availability.
16. Limitation of SBS Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SBS LOAD HUB and its operator, personnel and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential losses, loss of profit/revenue/business opportunity, loss of goodwill, cargo value, freight amount, payment default or losses arising from a user-to-user transaction.
Where SBS LOAD HUB is legally liable and such liability may lawfully be limited, aggregate liability arising from the Platform will not exceed the platform/subscription fees actually paid by the claimant to SBS LOAD HUB during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000 if no such fees were paid, whichever is higher.
This clause does not exclude or limit any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
17. User Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SBS LOAD HUB, its operator and personnel from third-party claims, losses, penalties, liabilities and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, transaction, cargo/vehicle operations, unlawful conduct, breach of these Terms, violation of another person’s rights, false information or misuse of the Platform, except to the extent directly caused by SBS LOAD HUB’s own legally established wrongdoing.
18. Third-Party Services and Links
The Platform may use or link to third-party services such as maps, location links, authentication, cloud infrastructure, billing/payment providers or communication tools. SBS LOAD HUB does not control third-party services and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
19. Compliance With Law and Lawful Orders
Users must comply with all laws, permits, transport requirements, tax obligations, cargo restrictions, vehicle/driver requirements and contractual obligations applicable to them.
SBS LOAD HUB may preserve or disclose information, restrict content/accounts, or cooperate where required by a valid court order, competent authority, lawful government/law-enforcement request or applicable law.
Where SBS LOAD HUB qualifies for any intermediary or safe-harbour protection under applicable law, such protection remains subject to the statutory requirements and due-diligence obligations applicable at the relevant time.
20. Intellectual Property
SBS LOAD HUB branding, software, interface, original content and related intellectual property belong to their respective owner/licensors. Users retain rights in content they lawfully own but grant SBS LOAD HUB a limited licence to host, process and display it only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and administer the Platform.
21. Privacy and Account Deletion
Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Account deletion is described at Delete Account.
22. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, billing, payment or service changes. Where required, material changes may be notified through the app, website or other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory statutory rights and any jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, disputes directly between a user and SBS LOAD HUB/operator shall be subject to the courts having competent jurisdiction at the operator’s registered/principal place of business in India.
User-to-user commercial disputes remain between those users; this clause does not make SBS LOAD HUB a party to such disputes.
24. Severability and No Waiver
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of future enforcement.

26. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific terms expressly presented by SBS LOAD HUB, form the agreement governing use of the Platform. No user, staff member or third party may create a guarantee or liability on behalf of SBS LOAD HUB unless expressly authorized in a written agreement by the Platform operator.
