30-Day Postpaid Usage Subscription

No upfront subscription payment. This is not a free trial. Your paid 30-day usage cycle begins when the applicable role subscription is activated. Usage during those 30 days is billed at the end of the cycle.
  • 0–100 completed trips: ₹499 per role per 30-day cycle.
  • Above 100 completed trips: ₹5 × total completed trips for that role and cycle.
  • 1,000 completed trips: ₹5,000 for that role and cycle.
  • Supplier, Agent and Transporter roles have separate subscriptions and separate billing cycles.
  • Staff do not pay separately. Staff activity is counted under the applicable Owner + Role.
  • Each billing cycle is exactly 30 days from the server-recorded cycle start. It is not based on the 30th or 31st calendar date.
Payment overdue protection: If payment for a role becomes overdue, SBS LOAD HUB may restrict new activity for that affected role. Already-awarded or already-in-progress Trips continue normally, including authorized Arrival, Delivery and LR/POD workflows.

Supported recurring payment, AutoPay, UPI, Google Pay or PhonePe availability depends on the applicable billing/payment provider and platform requirements. Full pricing, AutoPay, cancellation, refund, payment-overdue and billing terms are available in the Terms & User Agreement.
