Privacy Policy
Effective date: 06 September 2026 | Last updated: 06 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SBS LOAD HUB (“SBS LOAD HUB”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”) handles personal and business-related information when you use the SBS LOAD HUB Android application, website, support channels and related services.
1. Information We May Process
Depending on the features you use, we may process the following categories of information:
- Account and identity information: name, mobile number, email address, role, authentication information and account status.
- Business profile information: company/business name, SBS business/branch identifiers, branch details, business contact details, staff invitations, staff permissions and role assignments.
- Optional self-uploaded trust documents: business or supporting documents that a user chooses to upload through designated document fields. SBS LOAD HUB does not treat user-uploaded documents as independently verified merely because they are uploaded.
- Load, bid and trip information: pickup/delivery details, load details, rates/bids, award details, vehicle details, driver details, trip status, cancellation/replacement information and related operational records.
- LR/POD and trip documents: documents/photos uploaded for a particular trip. These are intended for the businesses that participated in that trip and their currently-authorized applicable staff, subject to platform access controls.
- Communications and UGC: chat messages, support requests, platform-safety reports, fixed-tag ratings/reviews and moderation-related records.
- Subscription and billing information: active role, billing-cycle start/end, completed-trip usage count, amount due/paid, subscription status, usage-lock status, payment-provider references, mandate/subscription identifiers, transaction identifiers, payment status, billing events and related reconciliation records.
- Notification and technical information: device/app identifiers, push-notification token, app version, authentication/security signals, App Check/Play Integrity signals, logs and diagnostic information reasonably required to secure and operate the service.
- Location-related information: only where a location feature is actively used and the required permission or voluntary input is provided. A user may also voluntarily provide an external live-location link. SBS LOAD HUB does not treat an owner/staff device location as guaranteed vehicle/driver location and does not promise continuous driver tracking by default.
2. Why We Use Information
- to create, authenticate and secure accounts;
- to provide Supplier, Agent/Transporter, Owner, Staff and Branch features;
- to display loads according to Public, Private Network or Specific-recipient visibility;
- to process bids, awards, vehicle assignments and trip workflows;
- to calculate role-based 30-day subscription usage and amounts due;
- to process payment status, billing reminders, AutoPay/mandate events, receipts, reconciliation and role-level usage locks;
- to enable chat, notifications, support, reports, ratings and platform-safety controls;
- to provide historical business/trip records to authorized parties;
- to prevent abuse, unauthorized access, spam, manipulation and security incidents;
- to comply with valid legal, regulatory, judicial or law-enforcement requirements; and
- to improve reliability, performance and security of the Platform.
2A. Subscription Billing and Payment Information
SBS LOAD HUB uses a 30-day postpaid usage cycle for each active Owner + Role. The first 30-day cycle is not a free trial. No upfront subscription payment is taken, but usage during that cycle is billable at the end of the 30 days.
Subscription usage and billing are calculated separately for Supplier, Agent and Transporter roles. Staff do not have a separate subscription; their qualifying activity is counted under the applicable Owner + Role.
For each role and each 30-day cycle: 0–100 completed trips are billed at ₹499. Above 100 completed trips, the cycle amount is calculated as ₹5 × total completed trips for the applicable role and cycle.
Depending on the payment method available to you, payments may be processed through an eligible payment or billing provider in accordance with applicable Google Play, UPI, banking and legal requirements. Supported payment methods may include UPI apps such as Google Pay or PhonePe where supported.
SBS LOAD HUB may process transaction IDs, mandate/subscription IDs, payment status, billing-cycle information, amount and provider events. SBS LOAD HUB does not require your UPI PIN, bank PIN, card PIN or payment OTP. You should never provide these credentials to SBS LOAD HUB.
Automatic payment confirmation uses verified payment-provider records. Recurring debits are offered only where a supported mandate is separately authorized. A payment confirmation is distinct from settlement to the merchant bank.
3. Visibility and Sharing Within SBS LOAD HUB
SBS LOAD HUB is a business networking and operations platform. Some information is intentionally visible to other eligible SBS users depending on the feature used.
- Public business/profile data: information intentionally designated for business discovery may be visible to authenticated SBS users.
- Public loads: may be visible to eligible users according to Platform rules.
- Private Network / Specific loads: visibility is restricted to the selected or server-authorized business endpoints.
- Trip records, LR and POD: are intended for the businesses involved in that trip and their currently-authorized applicable staff, not the entire SBS network.
- Chat: is available to the applicable participants. Reporting/blocking and platform-safety review may require limited access by authorized moderation/support systems or personnel.
- Ratings: are user-submitted experience signals. They are not SBS findings, certifications or adjudications.
4. Service Providers and Third Parties
We may use technology providers to operate the Platform, including Google/Firebase services such as authentication, cloud database, cloud storage, cloud functions, push notifications, App Check/Play Integrity and related infrastructure. Subscription payments may also be processed through Google Play and/or an eligible payment provider where permitted and available. Those providers may process information under their applicable terms, privacy and security arrangements.
Where you choose to open or provide a third-party link (for example, an external location or map link), that third party’s own terms and privacy practices apply.
We do not sell personal data. SBS LOAD HUB does not act as a freight-payment processor, escrow provider or settlement service for payments between users. Platform subscription billing is separate from freight or other user-to-user commercial payments.
5. Documents, Verification and Trust
Documents and information uploaded or entered by users are user-provided. Unless SBS LOAD HUB expressly states otherwise for a specific feature, upload/completion status does not mean that SBS LOAD HUB has authenticated, certified or legally verified the document, business, person, vehicle, payment capacity or transaction.
Users should independently conduct whatever due diligence they consider necessary before entering into a commercial transaction. Users should not upload unnecessary sensitive documents or information.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, including authentication, role/branch access controls, server-side validation, cloud security controls and app-integrity protections. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users are responsible for protecting their device, OTPs, credentials and account access.
Never share an OTP, password, UPI PIN, bank PIN, card PIN or security code with anyone claiming to be SBS support.
7. Data Retention and Account Deletion
When a user initiates account deletion through the supported deletion flow, the account is placed into a pending-deletion state and is scheduled for permanent deletion after a 15-day grace period. The grace period exists to allow recovery from an accidental deletion request. If the user does not reactivate within that period, permanent deletion proceeds automatically according to the Platform’s deletion process.
Account/profile information and eligible self-uploaded personal/profile documents are deleted or de-identified as part of that process, subject to technical backup rotation and lawful retention requirements.
Certain shared transaction, trip, billing, payment, audit, safety, security, legal or counterpart records may need to be retained after account deletion where reasonably necessary for counterparties' records, payment reconciliation, invoices, accounting/tax requirements, prevention or detection of abuse, legal claims, compliance, security or audit continuity. Where feasible, personal identifiers are minimized or separated from retained shared records.
Account deletion does not automatically erase a subscription amount that was already lawfully accrued or became due before deletion. Future recurring billing should stop according to the applicable subscription, mandate and payment-provider cancellation process.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required/permitted by applicable law.
8. User Choices and Privacy Requests
You may use available in-app controls to update profile information, manage permissions/branches where applicable, block/report users, manage available subscription options, and initiate account deletion.
For privacy questions or requests, use the SBS LOAD HUB Help & Support feature or contact:
Privacy / Support Email: sbstransportservices@outlook.com
9. Children
SBS LOAD HUB is intended for business use by adults. It is not intended for children under 18. Users must not create business accounts on behalf of minors or knowingly upload a child’s personal information unless lawfully necessary and permitted.
10. Legal Requests and Safety
We may preserve, restrict, disclose or otherwise process information when reasonably necessary to comply with a valid court order, lawful government/law-enforcement request, applicable law, security requirement, or to protect the rights, safety and integrity of users or the Platform.
Platform moderation, restriction or suspension is an operational safety action and does not amount to a legal finding that a person committed fraud, crime, breach of contract or other wrongdoing.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect legal, security, billing, payment or service changes. Material changes may be communicated through the app, website or other reasonable means. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
